Well, Alliance Overhead Door for the win! I was needing a Garage Door checkup and evaluation after recent home purchase. Was almost impossible to find company in my remote area, but after speaking to Brad, he happily drove out here to help! We discussed options and he sent over quotes within a few days. This morning he arrived on time and installed a new opener and tuned up my 10 yr old door. Thanks Brad Call Brad and AOD for quality service!

If there were 10 stars, I would give them 20 Stars!! One word comes to mind: HONESTY. I really appreciate the integrity of Brad the owner and Kevin, the service tech who came out. We had another company visit before, and the other company's owner tried to upsell us on an entire new garage system, which raised a big red flag to me. I immediately searched for another company, and this one came up. I'm so glad I trusted my intuition! It turns out, we didn't need a new system at all--just a loose wire that Kevin fixed. He could have charged me for a new system, and I would have never known. I highly recommend this company without reservations.

Owner Brian is very rude, said he would have changed me double what his technician did. On Aug 4 he repaired a garage door at a house we have for sale in the valley. Charged $705. A month later, house still vacant, door broke again same problem. He charged me another $185 dollars. So they definitely don't guarantee their work or do it right the first time. Wouldn't recommend. I

After hearing a clunking noise when opening and closing - Bo who was polite, professional, and on-time to the minute of my appointment time, made the necessary repairs to ensure my door was in proper working order after completing the job. Where do I start. We had an issue with our garage door, I called Brad and he had Bo at our house within 20 minutes to evaluate. Bo was able to diagnose the issue and was back the next morning to install the required part quickly. Quick, responsive and friendly. Bo was great. On a side note, we have somebody in the house who's Immunocompromised and Bo had no issue throwing on a mask to get through the house and into the garage. In today's crazy world, it's great when people understand a situation and have no problem being respectful. Thank you Brad and thank you Bo!

What can I say Brad and Bo did an amazing job. Brad explain to me all the pros and cons of each door option ,even though I had an older garage door setup he made everything work beautifully. Or garage coil broke and I started searching around for someone who could repair my garage quickly. I am a big fan of Yelp, and that's where I saw all the great reviews about Alliance Overhead Door.
